I would like to start out by saying that I am impressed by the techs work. Came out, got the job done, and were very personable.
My complaint comes in the total pricing that I was given. The techs came out, told me that I should get a T assembly for my tank at $140 and that labor should be about 30 minutes to an hour - great. After the install, i get a bill for $440 with parts at $240 and labor at 1.5 hours. I understand that a job sometimes takes longer than the time estimate, but an extra $100 for parts really bothers me. Ultimately, the problem was minor enough that I would not have bothered to fix it if I knew that it was going to run $100-$150 over the amount that I was initially given. - a 30% overage I was not willing to pay. At the very least I wish I would have been consulted when it was revealed that additional parts would be needed than what were originally anticipated.
